How to score 90 percent in class 10 and 12 Board Exams 2021 | Beat Exam Stress Top Tips

 

Students are quite stressed & freaked out especially when it comes to examination. This is one of the biggest dilemma of school life. However, scoring good is not based on the amount of study, it is based on the method of study. If we have a proper timetable we can surely score good percentage. We must study to build ourselves as in charectar and knowledge and not just for the sake of scoring good grades and forgetting what we have learnt. If you are still sticking to the habit of repeating your chapters like a parrot , then its high time to give up this practise, it's not going to help you anywhere. School life teaches us various things as it gives us an exposure to an outside world.

Many people especially our teachers advise us to start studying from the beginning of the year and continue till examination in order to score better, but out of my personal experience I have noticed many students that have scored best even by preparing from the middle of the term. But this doesn't mean that you must also do the same, what I mean is there's still time and  you can achieve your target.

Here are some steps that will help you in getting organised, dealing with examination stress and also help you to get 90+ in class 10 /12 board exams :-

1.EARLY MORNING MOTIVATION


Start your day with prayer because getting a good positive vibe in the morning is very important and I think prayer is the best meditation to begin your day.

2. GETTING ORGANISED- BUILD YOUR TIMETABLE


Making a timetable is very important . You need to be quite organised and sincerely devoted to your studies. Building a timetable is quite simple , begin with those subjects which are easy for you to cover up faster, and then stack the tougher subjects below them.
Do one and half subject which is easier, accompanied by 2 tough subjects along with 5-10 extra questions. Do have a practise of solving 2 board papers and 2 sample paper of this year and the year before to get a rough idea about how board papers are set.

3. STAY FOCUSED-AVOID DISTRACTIONS 


Avoid distractions, well 2020 is quite annoying and we are distracted from various little things. However majority of the students are distracted due to the use of social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram , Facebook, and whats so trending Snapchat and Tiktok .Using media platform is not bad but there must a limitation or a control on the amount of time you spend on them because these things will NEVER let you achieve what you deserve or what you want to achieve. Give around 1 hour and that will count enough for the day.

4. STAY HEALTHY-HAVE A HEALTHY DIET


Have a healthy diet, with lots of fruits , vegetables and dry fruits especially almonds and walnuts as they are quite rich in vitamin E and magnesium,& omega 3. Almonds helps in better functioning of the brain while walnuts are the best for brain health.

5. DEVELOP A HEALTHY SLEEP ROUTINE 

Lastly have a good sleep routine. Your body & mind needs rest. Build a sleep routine pattern with 6-8 hours of goodnight sleep.

It's quite important to have a focus on what you want to become. But I know exam time we focus on whats so important are our grades. Keep your focus on scoring 100 % that will guarentee 98 % if you focus on 95% you will definitely reach by 92%.


The entire purpose of education is to turn mirrors into windows, to create an ability to learn, explore and achieve.
Bring out your creativity, explore the world of books, make a move and try reaching beyond the bookish knowledge, try inventing something new because the world has so many different things that are not yet explored, or known !!!



As you are approaching to the dates that are closer towards your final examination , remember that you have worked hard and put into 100% of your efforts dont let anxiety and fear pull you down. Be calm & confident in what you do. We are born to achieve great things in life.
