Easy Chocolate Cupcake Easy Recipe
Chocolate lovers are the best people ! I love how soft the texture turns out and that's why I want to share this yummy recipe with you all !!! The recipe to make this comes right from my mom's kitchen !
( you can also pour the batter in a cake mould instead of the paper cups )
INGREDIENTS
- 21 tablespoon maida
- 3 tablespoon choco powder
- 16 tablespoon sugar
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 tablespoon oil
- 12 tablespoon milk
Method
- Sieve flour, choco powder and baking powder in a bowl.
- In a seperate bowl , start with egg , sugar , milk and oil and whisk it for about 5 minutes .
- Slowly add the flour in your mixture , whisking slowly from time to time.
- Arrange the cupcake paper on your baking tray and divide the batter evenly throughout the cupcakes
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Bake your cupcakes and it's time to serve
