Fudgy Chocolate Crinkles Without Butter Easy Recipe

"A balanced diet is a cookie in both hands !"

Dark chocolate is my favorite and I am always looking for something that would blend in well and get me a perfect evening dessert. So finally we got the perfect mix in our Fudgy Chocolate Crinkles which have a brownie textured center and a crunchy cookie coating on the outside. What I like about this recipe is that it's made without the use of butter, so for all of those who are maintaining a diet programme can also give this a try because there is absolutely no fatty butter involved. Tastes delicious,  and I suggest we all must give it a try.

You can double the incredients to get a larger cookie size with the same baking time , however we will  get started with a standard size.

Let's Get Started,

INGREDIENTES

• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or essense.
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
•  2 tablespoon Icing sugar (for coating the cookies )

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Mix cocoa powder, white sugar and vegetable oil in a bowl. Beat the eggs one at a time, until fully incorporated, then add vanilla essence.

2) In a different bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture just
until a dough forms (do not over beat). Cover bowl  with plastic foil  and refrigerate for 2 hours or more.(the more you keep the better it will be , i kept mine for 2 hours and 15 minutes )

3)  When the dough is ready , preheat the oven to 175°C. Line up your cookies on a baking sheet. Let's roll the cookies while the oven preheats, roll the dough into balls of any size as you desire depending on how big you want the cookie to be ( if you want to be more precise,  roll 1 tablespoon for smaller size and 2 tablespoon for a larger size cookie )

4) Add the icing sugar in other bowl and evenly coat each ball of the cookie dough and place them on the baking sheet.

5) Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. The cookies will be a little soft when they are out from the oven but will eventually harden up as they cool.

6) Let the cookies cool for about 5 minutes before serving them.

And that's it , your delicious Dark Chocolate Fudgy Chocolate Crinkles are ready. They taste so good that you can feel the bitterness of chocolate in each bite. The dough canbe made easily in couple of minutes however refrigerating the dough takes a long time. You need to atleast cool the dough for 2 hours before baking them. I found it a little difficult to mix the dry ingredients together with the wet ingredients , if you found it difficult too then dont worry its just a part of this process as we aren't using butter to smooth the batter. I manually whisked the batter but its totally fine to use an electric mixer ( i should say it will be better ). But make sure you dont overbeat it.

Try it once and let us know how it turned out for you, do not forget to share pictures of your work we will be glad to see them.
